Depression
Depression can produce a range of symptoms.

Insomnia or excessive sleeping
Most people with depression have only some
of the symptoms above.
Of course all of us experience some of these
symptoms from time to time. Just because you have some of these symptoms of
depression don’t mean you have depression. However, if you are experiencing
some of the above symptoms of depression in a way that is producing marked
distress, or interfering with life functioning, or the symptoms continue for
many weeks, it is strongly recommended that you consult a GP, psychologist, or
other mental health professional ASAP. If you have thoughts that life is not
