 Health Benefits of Yogasanas   Asanas in Yoga Pravesh  Supine position –  Noukasana  (Supine)  Digestive system – the pressure is created on abdominal organs improving the function.  Muscular system – tones the muscles of thigh, calf & abdominal muscles up to certain extent, stagnant blood is drained from the legs.  Nervous system – Helps to improve the balancing of the body.
